PRODUCT ISSUANCE SPECIALIST
As a Product Issuance Specialist at Leonteq in Lisbon, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the issuance and listing process for structured financial products. You will work closely with various departments and handle tasks related to product lifecycle management, process automation, and reporting.
About the position
Product Issuance Specialist in Lisbon, working 100% in the Product Issuance department.Tasks
- Management and oversight of the issuance and listing process for structured products
- Daily lifecycle management of structured products
- Processing of product adjustments such as corporate actions
- Close collaboration with departments such as Middle Office, Sales, Trading, and Legal & Compliance regarding structured products
- Automation of product documentation and processes in close collaboration with the IT department
- Participation in various issuance projects
- Reporting tasks related to the issuance process for structured products
Requirements
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in finance or economics
- Business education with professional experience in the financial sector
- Knowledge of financial derivatives and the payout of structured products
- Proactive, team-oriented, and communicative personality
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
Nice to Have
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel VBA
- Fluent in German and/or English, French, and/or Italian
