Product Lead

Role Description

• Responsibility for the vision, roadmap, and delivery of products that support regulatory reporting for credit and trade finance initiatives.
• Leading a multidisciplinary team of engineers and business analysts.
• Collaboration with stakeholders from the areas of business, technology, finance, operations, risk, and compliance.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the end-to-end product roadmap for regulatory reporting services in the areas of credit and trade finance.
• Leading complex transformation initiatives across business and technology domains.
• Managing the integration of new entities, products, and reporting capabilities into regulatory reporting platforms.
• Management of deliveries through international teams in the Netherlands, ING Hubs, and India.

Requirements

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Approximately 10 years of experience in banking, finance, product management, regulatory reporting, leadership, trade finance, or related fields.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Proven experience in managing products, roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery teams.
• A deep understanding of credit and trade finance processes, products, and data flows.
• Experience working in complex international organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Expertise in data and process transformation.
• Expertise in change management.
• Expertise in risk and compliance management.
• Expertise in solution design.
• Expertise in project and program delivery.
