Product Lead Stablecoins (SVP)

Tasks

As Product Lead Stablecoins, you will be responsible for the end-to-end product strategy and implementation for stablecoins and deposit tokens. This includes defining and executing initiatives across the entire stablecoin value chain, including issuance and deposit, models, minting and redemption infrastructure, and client sales. You will represent Sygnum in strategic industry initiatives, shape the operating model for stablecoin infrastructure, and define how clients can access stablecoins in the most reliable and efficient way across chains, currencies, and platforms.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate has:

• Excellent academic background, preferably in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, or a related technical field
• Proven product and/or technology experience (5+ years) in financial services or fintech, ideally within banks, stablecoin issuers, or payment ecosystem solution providers, with a track record of delivering complex, high-value products, projects, or solutions
• Proven ability to define and implement strategy from start to finish, translating visions into scalable, living solutions in dynamic, regulated environments
• Connecting and collaborating at the executive and board level with internal teams and key stakeholders to achieve ambitious results
• Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on action, responsibility, and measurable results
• Experience in cross-functional project management, collaborating with engineering, operations, legal, commercial, and external partners to deliver end-to-end solutions
