Product Manager (Full-time)

Job description

Would you like to play an active role in shaping the future of the mortgage business and further developing our financing products and processes? Do you have experience dealing with complex issues related to mortgage products and enjoy collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders?

Your tasks

• New projects, from requirements gathering through analysis to implementation, including closure plans
• You will create and maintain a strategic KPI dashboard, analyze process and product metrics, and identify targeted improvement measures
• You will lead the Finance Expert Panel, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure clear, transparent communication regarding process and product adjustments

What you bring with you

• Several years of professional experience in product, process, or project management
• Sound business management (university of applied sciences, university) and/or technical education/training (e.g., business informatics)
• In-depth expertise and proven experience in the field of mortgages, including a good understanding of the credit market
• IT affinity and interest in digitization and process optimization
• A structured approach to work and strong analytical skills
