Product Manager, Asset Owners - Private MarketsTasks
- Analyze, design and deliver new platform or service enhancements for asset owners
- Work with existing Asset Owners and Account Managers to represent the voice of the client
- Ensure that individual functions and products comply with the business objectives
- Conducting customer calls and workshops to gather and understand customer insights
- Prioritize, communicate and support complex product and market needs
- Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and escalation to product decisions
- Responsibility for the Asset Owners segment to lead product decisions
Focal points
- Assessment and maintenance of a prioritized strategy and roadmap for asset owners
- Identifying and planning specific product or solution enhancements that improve the customer experience
- Identify and design solutions to support State Street businesses via State Street-specific capabilities
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in asset owner or allocation investment management
- Corporate experience preferred
- Ability to communicate closely with different levels of stakeholders within teams and internally
- Understanding the private markets/alternative investment life cycle of asset owners
- Experience in setting up and operating analyses and reports; Excel and data analysis
- Experience and knowledge of the end-to-end workflow of administration services for asset owners
Additional requirements
- Ability to travel as required for client engagements (20%), including internationally
