The Product Manager, Asset Owners, supports a team in implementing the vision and strategy for the Charles River for Private Markets product for Asset Owners and is responsible for the further development of the product and services for this target group. The focus is on working with various teams to provide an optimal experience and added value for clients in the area of Private Markets Investment Management.

About the job
We are looking for a Product Manager, Asset Owners to join our team at Charles River for Private Markets. In this role you will report directly to the Head of Product and be responsible for improving our products and services for Asset Owners.Tasks
- Analysis, design and delivery of new platform or service enhancements for asset owners
- Work with existing asset owner clients and account managers to represent the voice of the client
- Ensuring that individual functions and products are in line with the business objectives
- Leading customer calls and workshops to gather and understand customer insights
- Prioritization, communication and support of complex and conflicting priorities and market requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and orchestration of product implementations
- Responsibility for the asset owners as a segment from the product roadmap to communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Work with product teams to ensure requirements are gathered, defined, decomposed and designed
- Ensuring the alignment of infrastructure/products to support other segments
Results
- Assessment, delivery and maintenance of prioritized strategies and roadmaps for asset owners
- Identification of specific product or solution enhancements that improve the customer experience
- Identification and alignment of cross-functional teams to specific opportunities
Requirements

Education and preferred qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in asset owner or allocator investment management
- Experience with Enterprise SaaS is preferred
- Ability to communicate closely with different levels of stakeholders within teams and internally
- Understanding the private markets/alternative investment life cycle
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data, building and delivering investment ideas
- Experience and knowledge of the end-to-end workflow of management services for asset owners
- Ability to work as part of a global, distributed organization
- Progress towards CFA or CIMA is desirable
- Experience with JIRA or other agile development tools
