• You are responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of banking products throughout their lifecycle.
• You gather and prioritize requirements from specialized departments, the market, and customers.
• You will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, IT, compliance, and specialized departments to ensure the successful launch of products.
• You will lead the bank in developing business cases, product concepts, and decision-making frameworks.
• You analyze data related to the market, the competition, and performance in order to continuously optimize products.

Requirements

• You have a higher education degree in business (Bachelor's degree, etc.) or are looking for a position that will allow you to pursue higher education while working.
• You have completed specific training in product management.
• You have initial experience in product management, ideally in the financial or banking sector.
• Autonomous, you have strong analytical skills and a structured approach.
• A pragmatic and rigorous person, you bring constructive solutions for improvement and exude natural interpersonal skills.
• Listening, communicating, and enjoying working with different interest groups are your strengths.
