Product manager

Job description

Do you have a background in business and are looking for a new challenge in product management within a bank? Your skills could enable you to contribute to the activities of the Products team! What does this involve in concrete terms? You will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of banking products throughout their life cycle. You will gather and prioritize requirements from specialist departments, the market, and customers. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, IT, compliance, and specialized services to ensure the commercialization of products. You will assist the bank's management in creating business cases, product concepts, and decision-making bases. You will analyze market, competition, and performance data in order to continuously optimize products.

Requirements

You have a higher education degree in business (Bachelor's degree, etc.) or are looking for a position that will allow you to pursue higher education while working. You have completed specific training in product management. You have initial experience in product management, ideally in the financial or banking sector. You are independent, have strong analytical skills, and a structured approach. You are pragmatic and rigorous, offering constructive solutions for improvement and demonstrating natural interpersonal skills. Your strengths include listening, communication, and enjoying working with different interest groups.
