Product manager

Job description

You are responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of banking products throughout their lifecycle. You gather and prioritize requirements from specialized departments, the market, and customers. You collaborate with internal stakeholders such as sales, IT, compliance, and specialized services to ensure the successful launch of products. You support the bank’s management in developing business cases, product concepts, and decision-making frameworks. You analyze market, competitive, and performance data to continuously optimize products.

Requirements

• Advanced business degree (Bachelor's degree from a university of applied sciences, etc.) or the opportunity to pursue advanced education while employed
• Specific training in product management
• Initial experience in product management, ideally in finance or banking
• Autonomous, strong analytical skills, and structured approach
• A pragmatic and consistent individual with the ability to find constructive solutions and a natural aptitude for building relationships
• Strengths in communication, teamwork, and active listening
