Job description

Tasks

• Collaboration in the definition and further development of the mortgage offering within the life cycle of various products
• Active cooperation with internal services to ensure consistency
• Creation of marketing content in connection with the products for various communication channels
• Conducting competitive analyses in the mortgage and investment product areas
• Writing content for the sales teams and ensuring product training
• Work on defining the marketing positioning for each product range (mortgages, investment funds)
• Preparation of strategic recommendations for the management

Requirements

Technical requirements

• Completion of higher education (HEG, HES) in the field of marketing or business administration
• In-depth knowledge of Swiss banking services with specialization in mortgages and investment products
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing services
• Ability to coordinate internal and external partners within the framework of project management
• Experience in creating marketing content for various sales channels (Internet, newsletters, brochures, etc.)
• Native French speaker, good knowledge of German and/or English (B2 minimum level)
• Quick understanding of how banking software solutions (Finvia, Aloq or others) work

• Excellent ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment with an open and approachable attitude
• Natural ability to work with a sense of detail and precision on a daily basis
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit, taking on projects and achieving ministry goals with great attention to detail
• Good writing skills to write marketing materials in French
• Sense of responsibility, diligence and passion for marketing professions
