Job description: Product Manager Core Banking Platform

Tasks

• Part of a purpose-driven team to shape the future of regulated digital asset management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across technology, compliance, operations and business to shape the future of digital banking
• Assuming end-to-end product responsibility for the core banking platform from design to market launch
• Design and implement integrations with products such as custody and trading to create innovative business solutions for a fully regulated digital asset bank
• Leading the scrum team and working closely with the product lead to deliver high impact features

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a product manager, product owner or business analyst
• 2+ years of experience with core banking platforms
• Background in the financial services industry with knowledge of core banking processes
• Strong requirements engineering skills and close collaboration with technical teams
• Technically adept at navigating systems and solving complex problems
• Fluent in English

Nice to Have

• Experience with the Innova Core Banking System
• Familiarity with cloud-native environments and architecture
• Basic knowledge of programming to work effectively with engineers
• Understanding crypto integrations in the banking industry (custody, tokenization, compliance)
• Successful experience in digital transformation or innovation projects in the financial sector
• Relevant certifications, e.g. Product Owner, Business Analyst, Core Banking
• Experience in start-ups and a strong drive for digital asset innovation
