Your tasks

• You will assume product responsibility for our mortgage solutions and design a
• training concepts
• You are responsible for all relevant directives and regulations in the mortgage business and ensure compliance with regulations (e.g., FINMA, Basel III).
• You establish and maintain a strategic KPI dashboard, analyze process and product metrics, and derive targeted improvement measures.
• You will lead the financial expertise, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, and ensure clear, transparent communication of process and product changes.

What you bring with you

• Several years of professional experience in product, process, or project management
• Sound business management (university of applied sciences, university) and/or technical education/training (e.g., business informatics)
• In-depth expertise and proven experience in the field of mortgages, including a good understanding of the credit market
• IT affinity and interest in digitization and process optimization
