Product Manager - Private Banking Management Mandates
Tasks
- design and develop new mandates or adapt the existing offering in line with client needs and regulatory developments,
- develop and maintain regulatory and commercial documentation,
- monitor and analyze the financial performance of mandates (margins, costs, cash flow),
- develop product sales pitches and sales materials that highlight the added value of the mandates,
- train and support sales teams in promoting and mastering products,
- Pilot and participate in projects related to services and products, contribute to change management.
Requirements
- university education or university of applied sciences,
- Proven experience in banking product management, ideally in wealth management or delegated management mandates.
- Proven skills in profitability analysis, pricing, and strategic management.
- good understanding of banking regulatory and operational constraints,
- strong ability to coordinate across departments and manage complex projects,
- commercial and customer-oriented, with the ability to explain complex products in simple terms,
- Perfect command of French, very good knowledge of English, German is an asset.
