Product Manager P&C (h/f/x)

Job description

We are looking for a Product Manager P&C (h/f/x) for our Produits & Souscription P&C division. The position is 80-100% and offers a challenge in a dynamic environment.

Tasks

• Conceive and implement insurance solutions in the areas of damage, civil liability and motor vehicles
• Piloting product development projects and actively contributing to digital transformation initiatives
• Follow the evolution of the market and ensure a regular supply
• Analyze and monitor the key performance indicators of the portfolio
• Participate in the definition of the product strategy and its implementation for the insurance of cars, RC and motorized vehicles
• Support the division's management with in-depth analyses, in particular on growth opportunities and the optimization of profitability

Requirements

• Brevet fédéral en assurances ou formation jugée équivalent
• Experience confirmed in the field of insurance claims, civil liability and motor vehicles
• Solid experience in the management of projects, ideally in connection with insurance products
• Excellent skills in analysis, conception and understanding of technical and strategic issues
• Très bonne maîtrise du français ou de l'allemand, avec de bonnes connaissances de l'autre langue (min. niveau B2) ; l'anglais constitue un atout.
