Detailed description of the team (Buum Maklerski) that oversees brokerage development, in particular investment banking offerings, including: - designing and implementing organizational solutions aimed at increasing the efficiency and quality of products offered, - designing solutions for risk supervision in the area of investment products, tax benefits, cooperation with external entities and clients, - maintaining a high level of product knowledge, competence, and technological awareness.

Your tasks

• You develop brokerage services for clients and institutions, i.e., you monitor the investment product market internally.
• you work on the development and implementation of investment products,
• You are responsible for supervising operational processes in the area of investment and brokerage products.
• monitor changes in national and international legal regulations so that our offer is always up to date,
• You conduct investment and brokerage presentations.
