Product Manager - Tokenization

Tasks

• End-to-end management of a dynamic, regulated, multi-currency, and multi-asset-based smart contract fund framework. This includes exploring new features throughout the entire project lifecycle (e.g., scaling the tokenization platform: vision and strategy, product definition through product implementation, go-live, and support for upgrades).
• Support in defining and further approving core platform features, market trends, and technical capabilities for Sygnum's on-chain asset solutions.
• Defining the requirements for integration with third-party platforms such as data providers, analytics, machine learning, enterprise integrations, and other software platforms.
• Defining user journeys and user stories, documenting product requirements, creating PRDs, proposing UI/UX solutions, and maintaining ongoing communication with the engineering team to validate user needs and continuously iterate on features to achieve a better user experience.
• Collaborate with the product engineering teams to develop the right product for the tokenized financial market. Collaborate and communicate with the sales, risk, legal, and compliance departments to ensure a smooth process from development through go-live.
• Ongoing communication with client teams, risk, compliance, and accounting teams.

Requirements

• A passion for the future of blockchain and finance, as well as a love for a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• More than 5 years of relevant experience in product and engineering.
• A strong understanding of Web3 and crypto-asset management products and services.
• Ability to develop detailed technical specifications, functional specifications, and technical designs.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Interest in problem-solving within cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English.

Desirable

• Technical background with the ability to code prototypes of solutions.
• Experience in developing blockchain products.
• Practical experience with crypto smart contracts.
• In-depth financial training and expertise in financial and distributed ledger technologies.
