Product Manager - Payment Traffic

Tasks

* Oversee the operational management of the payment services product portfolio in Switzerland in support of the Bank’s strategy, * Manage the performance of the payment services product portfolio (data-driven), * Identify opportunities for product growth and development, create prototypes, and promote innovation in payment methods, * Develop, coordinate, and maintain the defined product roadmap, * Prepare product launches, including the implementation of communication strategies and key performance indicators, * Monitor technological and market trends related to the payment services product portfolio, * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Requirements

* Excellent command of payment systems: SEPA, SWIFT, ISO 20022, instant payment, SIC, SIX * In-depth knowledge of payment platforms and transactional models * Very good sector-specific or regulatory knowledge of payment traffic in Switzerland (banking regulations, security, compliance) * Proven experience in product roadmap management, prioritization, and backlog management, * Analytical skills and mastery of product management methods (design thinking, DevOps, lean, agile, etc.), * Strong data analysis and reporting skills.

Your profile

* Higher education (banking, finance, IT, or equivalent), * Successful experience in product management in the field of payments, * Interpersonal skills and ability to influence various stakeholders, * Strong results-oriented approach and initiative, * Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and resilience, * Very good knowledge of English, and ideally German (spoken).
