Product Manager - Payment Traffic
BCV is seeking a Product Manager for Payments who will be responsible for developing and launching new products as well as monitoring the market. The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of payment systems (SEPA, SWIFT, etc.), experience in product management, and a college degree in banking, finance, or IT.

Our main responsibilities will be:
- Prepare for product launches, monitor technology and market trends, and manage communications regarding key performance indicators,
- Ensure the implementation of communication strategies and key performance indicators,
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Your technical skills
- Excellent knowledge of payment systems: SEPA, SWIFT, ISO 20022, instant payment, SIC, SIX,
- In-depth knowledge of payment platforms and transaction models,
- Excellent knowledge of the payments industry or regulatory requirements in Switzerland (banking regulations, security, compliance),
- Proven experience in product roadmap management, prioritization, and backlog management,
- Analytical skills and proficiency in product management methodologies (design thinking, DevOps, lean, agile, etc.),
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
Votre profil
- Higher education (banking, finance, IT) or equivalent,
- Proven experience in product management in the payments sector,
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders,
- A strong focus on results and a spirit of initiative,
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and resilience,
- Excellent knowledge of English, and ideally of German (spoken).
