Product Manager - Payment Traffic
Banque Cantonale Vaudoise (BCV) is seeking a Product Manager for the Trafic des paiements division to take charge of the operational management of payment products in Switzerland and support the bank's strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in product management, knowledge of payment systems and regulations, and strong analytical skills.
Tasks
- Ensure the operational management of the payment traffic product offering in Switzerland in support of the Bank's strategy.
- Pilot the performance of payment traffic products (data-driven)
- Identify opportunities for product growth and development, create prototypes, and promote innovation in payment methods.
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain the defined product roadmap
- Prepare product launches, including the implementation of communication and key performance indicators.
- Monitoring technology and market developments in payment transaction products
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Requirements
- Excellent command of payment systems: SEPA, SWIFT, ISO 20022, instant payment, SIC, SIX
- In-depth knowledge of payment platforms and transactional models
- Very good knowledge of the sector or regulations governing payment transactions in Switzerland (banking regulations, security, compliance)
- Proven experience in product roadmap management, prioritization, and backlog management
- Analytical skills and mastery of product management methods (design thinking, DevOps, lean, agile, etc.)
- Solid data analysis and reporting skills
Your profile
- Higher education (banking, finance, IT, or equivalent)
- Successful experience in product management in the field of payments
- Interpersonal skills and ability to influence different interlocutors
- Strong focus on results and initiative
- Strong organizational skills, thoroughness, and resilience
- Very good knowledge of English, and ideally German (spoken)
