Product Manager - Payment Traffic
BCV is looking for a Product Manager for Payments who will oversee the product roadmap for payment systems such as SEPA and SWIFT and collaborate with internal and external partners.
Vos missions
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain the dedicated product roadmap
- Preparing for product launches
- Establish communication strategies and key performance indicators
- Monitor technological and market trends related to the range of payment processing products
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners
Your technical skills
- Excellent knowledge of payment systems: SEPA, SWIFT, ISO 20022, Instant Payment, SIC, SIX
- In-depth knowledge of payment platforms and transaction models
- Very strong industry or regulatory knowledge of the payments sector in Switzerland (banking regulations, security, compliance)
- Proven experience in product roadmap management, prioritization, and backlog management
- Analytical skills and proficiency in product management methods (design thinking, DevOps, lean, agile, etc.)
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Votre profil
- Higher education (banking, finance, IT, or equivalent)
- Proven experience in product management in the payments industry
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to influence a variety of stakeholders
- Strong focus on results, initiative, and resilience
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ideally some knowledge of German (spoken)
