The Product Manager - Web Framework position is a hands-on role that focuses on the interface between business and technology. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate with business and technical teams on a daily basis.

Tasks

As Product Manager - Web Framework, you will be responsible for: * Understanding web technology, cloud-native services, and architecture in order to prioritize, specify, and plan the implementation, integration, and rollout of web IT assets, applications, and components * Gathering requirements from internal and external parties (customers, partners, suppliers, etc.) and creating business requirements prioritized by business objectives and creating functional specifications * Experience managing Agile Scrum teams (including multiple teams) with a focus on the epic/product roadmap * Ability to develop and manage cross-functional processes and project schedules across a cross-functional team * Cross-functional management with engineering groups, business, QA, and stakeholders for smooth delivery * Provision of execution-level vision and support, where necessary, across web framework teams * Proposal of evolution/development of new features

Requirements

The following skills are required to be successful in this role: * Experience in product management for software systems with web front-end and cloud-native technology * Ability to work seamlessly with many different teams, including business teams, UX/UI, QA and support teams, and executives * Proven expertise in managing the development of similar products, technical and architectural (SaaS) design, testing, technical debt reduction * Technical degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent, and/or other professional experience in a technical environment * 5+ years of professional experience * Strong communication skills with high motivation, ability to take initiative, set priorities, and execute tasks with minimal guidance * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Experience in financial services is preferred * Experience working with remote teams
