Your challenge
- Strengthening the value proposition through continuous development of product and pricing strategy as well as design
- End-to-end responsibility for the development, introduction, and lifecycle management of the VP Bank Group's basic and securities products
- Designing offerings and continuously monitoring the market in terms of offerings and pricing for the VP Bank Group's customer segments
- Responsibility for governance and ongoing optimization of proactive processes and structures
- Central interface between the internal organization and the external partner
Your profile
- Higher education (university, university of applied sciences) in combination with relevant professional experience
- Proven experience as a product manager in finance or in a similar role
- Knowledge of the regulatory framework in connection with financial services is an advantage
- Very good communication and cooperation skills at all levels of the company
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
