Job description
Tasks
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, IT security, and innovation teams to balance usability, security, and regulatory compliance
- Support during UAT and regulatory testing phases to ensure that all payment security controls are functioning as intended prior to production release
Requirements
Training and experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, information technology, business administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in payments, compliance, or digital banking within a regulated financial institution
Specialist knowledge
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss and European e-payment regulations, including PSD2/PSD3, SCA, eBill, and instant payments
- Experience in solution design and documentation, as well as in communicating business requirements for payments
Language skills and certifications
- Fluent English and good German language skills
- CPP, POPM/PSPO/CSPO

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
