Job description
Tasks
- Coordination of scenarios and business requirements
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, IT security, and innovation teams to balance usability, security, and regulatory compliance
- Support during UAT and regulatory testing phases to ensure that all payment security controls are functioning as intended prior to production release
Requirements
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in finance, information technology, business administration, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in payments, compliance, or digital banking within a regulated financial institution
- In-depth knowledge of Swiss and European ePayment regulations, including PSD2/PSD3, SCA, eBill, and instant payments
- Experience in prioritizing and documenting business requirements for payments
Language skills
- Fluency in English
- Good knowledge of German
Certifications
- CPP, POGM/PSPO/CGPO
