Your new job

- Take on technical and financial responsibility for the Finance Agile Team - Maintain and prioritize the backlog to achieve maximum impact for our stakeholders - Ensure transparent communication of product goals and the backlog to the team and stakeholders - Resolve conflicting goals and clarify requirements to enable informed decisions - Work closely with the Scrum Master, other Product Owners, and relevant stakeholders - Motivate the team through solution-oriented actions and exemplify the values of self-organization and personal responsibility

Requirements

• In-depth expertise in finance, as well as several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role
• A university degree (from a university or ETH, a higher vocational school, or a higher professional school) in economics, (business) information technology, or a related field
• Practical experience with agile methods in product and project management, as well as in DevOps organizations
• A deep understanding of technical concepts and strong IT expertise in Java, Clojure, Avro, etc.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely
• Actively coordinating with stakeholders or developing effective solutions
