* Take on technical and financial responsibility for the Finance Agile Team * Maintain and prioritize the backlog to achieve maximum impact for our stakeholders * Ensure transparent communication of product goals and the backlog to the team and stakeholders * Resolve conflicting goals and clarify requirements to enable informed decisions * Work closely with the Scrum Master, other Product Owners, and relevant stakeholders * Motivate the team through solution-oriented actions and exemplify the values of self-organization and personal responsibility

* In-depth expertise in finance and several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role * Bachelor’s or master’s degree (university/ETH, HF, HFP) in economics, (business) informatics, or a comparable field * Practical experience with agile methods in product and project management as well as in DevOps organizations * Deep understanding of technical contexts and strong IT expertise in IIRA, Confluence, Avalog, etc. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to convey complex issues clearly and comprehensibly * Active coordination with stakeholders and the development of effective solutions
