Product Owner Client Lifecycle Management
The Product Owner Client Lifecycle Management at Julius Baer in Singapore is responsible for the vision and roadmap of a client lifecycle management platform and must have experience in implementing client onboarding and lifecycle management processes as well as technical knowledge of CRM applications. The role requires innovative thinking, the ability to focus on results, and good decision-making skills.
Tasks
The responsibilities of the Client Lifecycle Management Product Owner include:- The vision and roadmap for the new product(s) and the optimization of value over the entire life cycle, aligned with the bank's business strategy and priorities
- The construction, ownership, and prioritization of the product backlog—both Change-the-Bank (CIB) and Run-the-Bank (RtB)—aligned with business strategy and priorities
- Defining, prioritizing, and implementing features and stories in line with the initiatives prioritized in the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process
- Relevant run-the-bank topics (e.g., SLAs, incident and problem management, audit elements)
- The management and optimization of Change the Bank (CIB) and Run the Bank (RtB) team capacities
- Ensuring the appropriate involvement of relevant business partners throughout the entire project lifecycle
Regulatory responsibilities and OR risk management
- Demonstration of appropriate values and behaviors, including, but not limited to, standards of honesty and integrity, diligence and prudence, fair dealing (fair treatment of customers), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, appropriate risk management, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
The requirements for the Product Owner Client Lifecycle Management are:- Strong conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of prioritizing and weighing opportunities and potential risks
- Ability to think pragmatically and drive concepts forward, analyze, prioritize, solve problems, and make decisions in challenging times
- Experience working in a global environment with distributed teams
- At least a bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Proven experience as a product owner in software delivery projects
- Strong understanding of agile methodology (e.g., SAFe) and experience working with IT in a Scrum setup
- Proficiency in Jira or similar agile project management tools
- Good understanding of business processes, process design and process re-engineering, as well as technology and software development
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience in identifying operational synergies and conducting impact analyses on business models, tools, and processes
- Experience working with DevOps
