Tasks
Project Scoping
- Participation in the project as a business analyst/product owner from the business perspective
- Collecting and defining user stories and creating a backlog (including functional, non-functional, legal and operational requirements) for T24
- Work with business leaders to identify core banking needs
- Focus on customer value and continuous improvement of products and roadmap
- Preparation of time and budget estimates; support in the preparation of business cases
- Establishment of project governance and project team
Project Delivery
- Ensuring that solutions are strategic, if possible, with a view to future macro developments
- Coordination of key initiatives to ensure consistency in the product roadmap
- Creation of project plans, identification of key milestones, critical path and dependencies
- Reviewing the progress of the project and updating the project plan
- Identify, track and resolve risks and issues that arise during the project lifecycle; proactively propose mitigation measures
- Ensuring that all deliveries are made on time and in quality by institutionalizing appropriate quality assurance measures
- Coordination of preparation and implementation of user acceptance testing and user sign-off
- Provide regular and accurate project status reports and set up progress meetings to keep stakeholders informed
Change management and communication
- Promoting transformation by carrying out or supporting implementation, communication and training
- Management of interactions and communication with stakeholders
- Collaboration with the business sponsor to ensure the operational readiness of the business after project launch
- Design and implementation of training plans
- Communication of key changes and workarounds to customers and users
Regulatory responsibilities and/or risk management
- Demonstrate appropriate values and behaviors, including but not limited to standards of honesty and integrity, care and diligence, fair treatment (treating clients fairly), managing conflicts of interest and continually demonstrating a sound understanding of risk management
Requirements
Professional and technical
- At least 10 years of experience in private banking
- Good understanding of business processes, process design and process reengineering
- Proven ability to problem solve, make decisions, exercise sound judgment and be assertive
- Experience in finding operational synergies and conducting impact analyses on business models, tools and processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a hands-on approach
