Product Owner, Data Platform & Operations (m/f/d)
3 Banken IT is seeking a Product Owner for Data Platform & Operations who will lead a team of developers and be responsible for managing data platforms and operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, knowledge of modern software architecture and the banking/financial services industry, as well as strong communication skills.
Tasks
- Leading a development team and implementing agile project management methods
- Ensuring stable operation and compliance with architectural and security standards
- Optimization and further development of ETL solutions using Data Bricks and existing data pipelines to improve stability and performance
- Responsibility for the entire software development lifecycle for these products
- Structured processing and presentation of results for different target audiences
Requirements
- Experience in banking or financial services, ideally in accounting
- Understanding modern software architecture principles, interpreting specifications, and translating them into technical solutions
- A high level of expertise combined with a confident demeanor and a clear communication style
- Experience in project management and with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban
- An analytical, quality-oriented, and process-oriented approach to work
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development
- Good knowledge of German
