Product Owner, Data Platform & Operations (m/f/d)
3 Banken IT is looking for a Product Owner for the Data Platform & Operations team who will lead a team of developers and apply agile project management to ensure the stable operation and ongoing development of data solutions. The ideal candidate has experience in project management, knowledge of modern software architecture, and an analytical approach to work.
Tasks
- Leading a team of developers and implementing agile project management methods. - Ensuring stable operations and compliance with architecture and security standards. - Optimizing and further developing ETL solutions using Databricks and existing data pipelines to improve stability and performance. - Overseeing the entire software development lifecycle for these products. - Structured preparation and presentation of results for various target audiences.Requirements
- You understand modern software architecture principles, can interpret requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. - High level of expertise combined with a confident demeanor and clear communication style. - Experience in project management and with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban. - An analytical, quality-oriented, and process-oriented approach to work. - Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development. - Good command of German.We offer
