Tasks

- Leading a team of developers and applying agile project management methods. - Ensuring stable operations and compliance with architecture and security standards. - Optimizing and further developing ETL solutions using Databricks and existing data pipelines to improve stability and performance. - Overseeing the entire software development lifecycle for these products. - Structured preparation and presentation of results for various target audiences.

Requirements

- You understand modern software architecture principles, can interpret requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. - High level of expertise combined with a confident demeanor and clear communication style. - Experience in project management and with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban. - An analytical, quality-oriented, and process-oriented approach to work. - Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development. - Good command of German.
