Tasks

• Managing a development team and implementing agile project management methods.
• Ensuring stable operations and compliance with architectural and security standards.
• Optimization and further development of ETL solutions using Data Bricks and the existing data pipeline to improve stability and performance.
• Responsibility for the entire software development lifecycle for these products.
• Structured organization and presentation of results for different target audiences.

Requirements

• You understand modern software architecture principles, can interpret requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
• High level of expertise combined with a confident demeanor and a clear communication style.
• Experience in project management and with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban.
• An analytical, quality-focused, and process-oriented approach.
• Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
• Good knowledge of German.
