• Experience as a product owner, ideally in an agile framework (e.g., SAFe) with a focus on data, business intelligence, analytics, and AI
• Implementation experience with modern data architectures (including decentralized data storage, self-service, data virtualization, lakehouse, and data products)
• Good understanding and broad knowledge of practical applications, current technologies/tools, and developments in the field of data provision and data management for business intelligence, analytics, and AI (including Delta, Iceberg, Spark, DBT, Azure Cloud)
• Practical data science experience (e.g., knowledge of Python or R, and SQL) and the associated standards (including model deployment)
• High IT affinity paired with analytical thinking, strong structuring skills, excellent conceptual abilities, good judgment, and initiative
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with different stakeholders (including business, data science, architecture, security, and development teams) in a manner appropriate to the audience, coupled with strong persuasion and assertiveness skills
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory and data protection requirements when working with data and AI
• Very good knowledge of German
