Product Owner Document Management 100%
Vaudoise Assurances is looking for a Product Owner Gestion Documentaire to lead the development of document management solutions and work with specialist departments and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience as a product owner, technical training, and knowledge of document management.
Tasks
The various tasks that await you:- Maximize value, prioritize features and developments based on their business impact and strategic objectives, while serving as the go-to person for gathering requirements and estimating costs and business benefits.
- Define and communicate the product vision to stakeholders, working closely with the Solutions teams (Solutions Manager -RSO, Business Analyst, BA, Developer, Testers)
- Manage and prioritize the document management backlog, taking into account business needs, technological constraints, analysis/development capabilities, digital issues, and cross-functional dependencies, under the coordination of the RSO.
- Collaborate and actively participate in agile ceremonies to ensure a common understanding of the backlog and priorities by the Solutions teams and contributors (developers, testers, architects, product owners, etc.).
- Monitor the status of developments in progress and solutions deployed among end users, in particular by establishing and regularly monitoring indicators related to value creation.
- Include product development in the Vaudoise Insurance release plan, in collaboration with the Solutions and Cross-functional Delivery teams.
- Manage risks and resolve issues by identifying and assessing risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, escalating matters when necessary.
Requirements
Votre profil :- At least two to three years of experience as a Product Owner, with a technical focus and ideally in the insurance sector. PSPO or other certification is a definite advantage.
- A higher education degree (EPF, HES, HEC, UNIL, or another equivalent qualification) in computer science or a technical field with computer skills.
- Good knowledge and understanding of document management solutions on the market (OpenText, Hyland, IBM FileNet, Kofax, M-Files, MS SharePoint, etc.) with the ability to understand business needs, drive functional developments (recognition, transformation, archiving, etc.) and work closely with technical teams.
- Initial experience as a guarantor of solution integration
- Strong leadership and a keen sense of ownership to structure, arbitrate, and advance complex issues in a multi-stakeholder environment
- An understanding of global IT architecture, data security issues, access and protection of critical systems, as well as issues related to cloud computing, Kanban, etc.
- Excellent command of Alaxis tools (Aixla, Confluence, etc.) and ability to have a very good knowledge of Agile methods.
- Proficiency in French (native language) and English (spoken and written, minimum level B2)
