Product Owner, Document Management
Vaudoise Assurances is looking for a Product Owner Gestion Documentaire who will work closely with the specialist departments and technical teams to drive forward the development of document management systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience as a product owner, technical training, and knowledge of document management.
Tasks
The various tasks that await you:- Maximize value, prioritize features and developments based on their business impact and strategic objectives, while acting as the key contact for gathering requirements and estimating costs and business benefits.
- Define and communicate the product vision to stakeholders, in close collaboration with the Solutions teams (Solutions Manager -RSO, Business Analyst, BA, Developer, Testers)
- Manage and prioritize the document management backlog, taking into account business needs, technical requirements, analysis/development capabilities, digital issues, and cross-functional dependencies, under the coordination of the RSO.
- Collaborate and actively participate in agile ceremonies to ensure a common understanding of the backlog and priorities by the Solutions teams and contributors (developers, testers, architects, auditors, etc.).
- Monitor developments in products and technical infrastructure, identify user needs, in particular by establishing and regularly monitoring indicators related to value creation.
- Include product development in the Vaudoise Insurance release plan, in collaboration with the Solutions and Cross-functional Delivery teams.
- Manage risks and resolve issues by identifying and assessing risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, escalating matters when necessary.
Requirements
Votre profil :- At least two to three years' experience as a Product Owner, with a technical focus and ideally in the insurance sector. PSPO or other certification would be an advantage.
- A higher education degree (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI) or any other equivalent qualification in computer science or a technical field with IT skills.
- Good knowledge and understanding of document management solutions on the market (OpenText, Hyland, IBM FileNet, Kofax, M-Files, MS SharePoint, etc.) with an ability to understand business needs, drive functional changes (recommendations, archiving, etc.) and work closely with technical teams.
- Proven experience in project management (RA, developer, testers) to ensure continuous improvement of solutions
- Strong leadership and a keen sense of ownership to structure, arbitrate, and advance complex issues in a multi-stakeholder environment
- An understanding of global IT architecture, data security issues, access and protection of critical systems, as well as issues related to the cloud (API, microservices, etc.) and key issues related to cloud computing, Kanban, Kaizen
- Excellent command of Alistar tools (Allian, Confluence, etc.) and very good knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Proficiency in French (native language) and English (spoken and written, minimum level B2)
