Product Owner, Global Lending Platform

Tasks

The tasks include:

• People Management: Fostering Team Spirit and a Collaborative Work Environment
• Client Management (internal and external): Collaborating with end users to develop a product that meets business requirements, as well as proactively working with risk, legal, compliance, and operations teams
• Business Management: Defining and prioritizing the product backlog for the digital Lombard loan platform, leading an agile team, and fostering self-organization
• Product Ownership: Defining robust product requirements, ensuring precise system behavior, and promoting risk-sensitive improvements within the digital lending platform
