Product Owner, Global Lending Platform

Tasks

The tasks include:

• People Management: Fostering Team Spirit and a Collaborative Work Environment
• Client Management (internal and external): Collaborating with end users to develop a product that meets business requirements, as well as proactively working with risk, legal, compliance, and operations teams
• Business Management: Defining and prioritizing the product backlog for the digital Lombard loan platform, leading an agile team, and fostering self-organization
• Product Ownership: Ensuring compliance with standards and expectations, and demonstrating values and behaviors such as honesty, integrity, and fairness

Additional requirements are:

• Experience in transformation project management within multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on the product backlog and user stories, familiarity with agile methodologies, and knowledge of product management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations and requirements, understanding of cross-border rules and regulations
