Tasks

The following tasks await you: * Define and communicate the product vision to stakeholders and build a roadmap aligned with strategic objectives * Prioritize features and developments based on their business impact and strategic objectives * Maintain an up-to-date, transparent, and understandable backlog * Collaborate closely with the Solutions teams (RSO, BA, developers, testers) * Monitor product performance and user feedback, establish value creation indicators, and propose continuous improvements * Include developments in the company's release plan and ensure product documentation * Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues, proposing appropriate solutions

Requirements

For this position, you need: * At least 3 years' experience as a product owner or in an equivalent role * Higher education (EPF, HES, HEC, UNI or equivalent) in computer science or a technical field with a computer science component * Strong leadership skills and a keen understanding of ownership in order to structure, prioritize, and drive complex issues * An understanding of the overall IT architecture, knowledge of security requirements for data, access, and critical systems, and the ability to analyze integration issues (API, microservices, etc.) and cloud-related challenges * Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.) and agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) * Fluency in French (native language) and good English skills (spoken and written, level B2 or higher); knowledge of German is an advantage
