Product Owner

Tasks

• You will collaborate on product development projects in the mortgage sector, taking an end-to-end approach to the customer journey
• You will manage the product lifecycle: defining, prioritizing, and clearly communicating the team’s goals
• You make product decisions based on data, facts, and real business value
• You collaborate with stakeholders: business, IT, sales, and regulatory

Requirements

• You must analyze and evaluate decisions based on data, metrics, and facts
• You must be able to track the process end-to-end to verify customer data and identify bottlenecks
• You can work in an environment with changing priorities
• Do you have experience in analysis?
• You communicate in English at least at the B1 level
• You communicate in Polish at the B2 level
