Product Owner - Investment Content Production and Distribution 80%-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• As a Campaign Manager Product Owner, you will understand, specify, deliver and operate the distribution of investment content such as investment views, research and after-sales updates.
• You will work closely with our Journey Lead, Product Manager, internal IT team, external vendors and business partners.
• You maximize business value by assessing and tracking priorities for both an efficient and reliable campaign framework and a client-centric focus on customer experience.
• They continuously optimize service levels and ensure that maintenance costs are managed and system availability is guaranteed.
• You work together with your Product Owner team and strive for a common product roadmap and target architecture.
• They actively contribute to maintaining a strong team spirit and collaborative working environment, where an open feedback culture promotes continuous improvement of overall performance.
• Quality assurance is an important aspect of your working style and the definition and use of tools and methods to support test processes characterize your working style.
• You will be responsible for resource and capacity planning for the agile team and ensure predictable, accurate budget and forecast management.

Requirements

• University degree or equivalent in natural sciences, business administration, computer science or finance.
• Expert knowledge and practical experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or equivalent agile methods, preferably as Product Manager or Product Owner.
• Knowledge of campaign platforms such as BSI Solutions, Salesforce or similar is preferred.
