PRODUCT OWNER – INVESTMENT CONTENT PRODUCTION & DISTRIBUTION (Full-Time)

Tasks

• Collaborates with business, technology, and product specialist teams to maintain and refine product onboarding processes and classification standards
• Work closely with Legal and Compliance to assess the regulatory impact of digital solutions
• Translate customer needs into product visions; lead stakeholder engagement, prioritization, and the maintenance of a well-managed backlog that aligns with epics and features
• Take full responsibility for assigned products throughout their entire lifecycle to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal performance
• Collaborate with Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to deliver features, manage dependencies between ARTs, and make trade-off decisions
• As a trusted advisor to business and senior stakeholders, present design and implementation strategies by incorporating continuous user feedback
• Support change management by planning and developing accessible customer and frontline engagement materials
• Strengthen product ownership practices through structured backlogs, clear responsibilities, and regular refinement
• Use behavioral analysis and usability testing to iteratively improve the customer experience
• Establish adoption frameworks and feedback loops to ensure that products meet evolving customer needs
• Uphold the Bank’s values and conduct by demonstrating integrity, diligence, fairness toward customers, effective management of conflicts of interest, competence, and strict compliance with all applicable rules and risk protocols

Requirements

• A trustworthy communicator with strong presentation skills and excellent analytical abilities
• Proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Python, is an asset
