Job description

Tasks

• Responsible for the development and maintenance of sustainable products (service, application or tool) that meet customer needs over the product life cycle, under the direction of the Product Manager (PM)
• Manage and optimize the capacity of CIB and RIB teams
• Prioritize the agile team's backlog and manage dependencies across teams inside and outside OVS in collaboration with the Product Manager (PM) and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with customers, the PM and other stakeholders to define and prioritize stories in the backlog, taking into account customer needs, market trends, competitors and regulatory/technological developments
• Define functional requirements and standards for products provided by suppliers with the PM
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies according to governance processes
• Discuss and agree on technical design and implementation approaches
• Ensure the definition and adherence to appropriate quality standards for the underlying product / capability (e.g. UX design)
• Ensure that incident management processes are implemented and support escalation

Requirements

• Strong stakeholder and change management skills
• Ability to successfully collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Relevant higher education and professional background
