Product Owner for Mobile Apps (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Responsibility for the ZKB TWINT app within the Applians team—from the product vision and roadmap to day-to-day operations
• Pragmatic, high-quality implementation
• Identifying New Use Cases and Business Opportunities in Mobile Payments
• Use your creative freedom to drive the independent development of mobile payment solutions, architecture, interfaces, technologies, and the app ecosystem with a high degree of autonomy

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role (e.g., Business Analyst, Product Manager) in a digital environment, ideally in the field of consumer finance and payment products
• Practical experience in agile product development, ideally using the Scrum framework
• Understanding of the interplay between ART backlogs, team backlogs, and product backlogs, as well as story and PI planning
• An understanding of the principles of modern software development, as well as relevant tools, technologies, and workflows, in order to engage in discussions with developers on an equal footing and make informed decisions
• A keen understanding of business and customer needs, as well as the ability to translate technical concepts from business, IT, regulation, and the customer’s perspective into a clear and customer-focused backlog
• Analytical, structured, and practical work; a strong aptitude and ability to distinguish between different priorities and approaches; a focus on priorities and the product; and a passion for an environment characterized by mutual challenges and high quality standards
