Product Owner - Order Management
The Product Owner - Order Management is responsible for leading a product vertical within Julius Baer's Order Management program to drive the harmonization and digitization of order management processes and systems. The successful candidate will lead the design, delivery, and migration of the product vertical and work closely with various teams.

Tasks
- Carry out the conceptual development, delivery, and migration of the Order Management product vertical under your responsibility (e.g., securities) as a business product owner.
- Work with Change & Client Experience, Front Office, and Markets teams to conceptualize the journey, collect and define user stories, design and prioritize features, provide requirements, and work with technology and other team members on delivery.
- Understand the needs of internal and external customers, derive the overall product vision, carry out stakeholder management, prioritize cross-functional change delivery and operational processes along the prioritized epics and features through QBR (Quarterly Business Review).
- Be responsible for the product throughout its life cycle (CIB and RIB) and ensure compliance with the bank's rules and regulations.
- Work with ARTs (Agile Release Trains) to build the required functionality and with IT to ensure that solutions are delivered to customers and users.

Profile
Professional and technical
- University/technical college degree in business administration or other relevant university degree
- Previous experience as a Product Manager (PM) and/or Product Owner (PO)
- Extensive experience in order management processes and platforms, including order capture, validation, and order management
- At least 10 years of experience in product/platform ownership, project management, and delivery
- At least 5 years of experience in agile methods. Experience in the conceptual management of EPICs during implementation.
- Flexible and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in applying data analytics to gain insights and drive business activities
