Product Owner - Order Management
We are looking for a Product Owner for the Order Management program who will lead and be responsible for a product vertical within the program. The successful candidate should have experience in product management, order management processes, and agile methods.
Tasks
The tasks include:- Leading the design, delivery, and migration of the order management product vertical as business product owner
- Collaborate with Change & Client Experience, Front Office, and Markets teams to design the journey, gather and define user stories, design and prioritize features, deliver requirements, and work with technology and other team members on delivery.
- Understanding internal and external customer needs, deriving the overall product vision, leading stakeholder management, prioritizing the comprehensive change delivery and run operations backlog along the epics and features prioritized through quarterly business reviews (QBRs)
- Responsibility for the product throughout its entire life cycle (CIB and RIB) and responsibility for ensuring compliance with banking regulations and rules
- Collaborate with ARITs (Agile Release Trains) to create the required functionality and with IT to ensure that solutions are delivered to customers and users.
- Responsibility for managing dependencies
Requirements
The requirements include:- University or technical college degree in business administration or other relevant higher education
- Previous experience as a product manager (PM) and/or product owner (PO)
- Extensive experience in order management processes and platforms, including order capture, validation, and order management
- At least 10 years of experience in product/platform ownership, project management, and delivery
- At least 5 years of experience in agile methodologies, including the ability to conceptually drive epics through implementation
- Flexibility and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Applied experience in data analysis to gain insights and guide business activities
