Product Owner – Portfolio Analysis & Position Management 80%-100% (f/m/d)

Tasks

• End-to-end responsibility for the Position Management and Portfolio Analysis Platform to ensure robust deployment, technical improvements, and production stability.
• Defining and communicating a clear, future-proof product vision, a target state, and a multi-year roadmap, aligned with group-wide business objectives and technology standards.
• Close collaboration with business partners, architects, and engineering teams to prioritize and deliver high-value capabilities—including advanced valuation methods, performance attribution, risk-adjusted returns, and cash flow analysis.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release coordination in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment to facilitate decision-making that optimizes delivery velocity while ensuring agility and quality-focused delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business and technology stakeholders; promote DevOps and continuous improvement principles to enhance system reliability, scalability, and automation.
• Act as the final gatekeeper during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure that all release, performance, compliance, and usability requirements are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product ownership or product management, ideally in wealth management, asset management, or investment operations.
• In-depth understanding of portfolio booking concepts, including position valuation, measurement, accrual calculation, cash flow analysis, and transaction processing.
• There is a strong track record of practical experience with the Temenos Triple A platform.
• A proven track record of delivering complex technical projects using Agile methodologies, familiarity with APAC and EMEA, and experience managing distributed teams in a global, multilingual environment; strong proficiency with nearshore delivery models is a plus.
• A strong analytical approach with an eye for detail, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and to exert influence without direct authority.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
