Product Owner - Romaweb Asia Rollout

Job description

Tasks

• End-to-end responsibility for the implementation of strategic customer reporting (Roma Web) in Asia, including the definition of the detailed roadmap, work packages and their execution, tracking and roll-out within the planned timeframe and budget
• Creation of product features and management of the backlog together with key stakeholders, continuous prioritization to achieve strategic goals
• Ensure that local requirements are included in the global product roadmap and prioritized accordingly
• Provide direction to the agile delivery team to ensure features are delivered in line with the overall product strategy
• Align customer reporting with strategic front-end journeys to ensure synergies between capacity and front-end user groups
• Work closely with the global product owner for customer reporting, product management, local business and IT owners

• Demonstrate appropriate values and behaviors, including but not limited to standards of honesty and integrity, care and diligence, fair treatment (fair treatment of clients), management of conflicts of interest, competence and continuous development, appropriate risk management and compliance with applicable laws and regulations

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders in a highly articulate and professional environment
• Experience in a global, intercultural environment
• Convenient navigation in highly dynamic environments

Professional and technical

• Proven experience as a product owner, product manager or in a similar role in financial services, preferably in client reporting and portfolio management
• Strong domain knowledge of valuation, yield/performance calculation
• Understanding and translating regulatory standards such as Mifid, Fidleg, HKMA, MAS into product features
