Tasks

• Receiving user requirements and formalizing them through detailed, clear and usable user stories
• Facilitating exchanges with technical teams, ensuring understanding of requirements, prioritizing requests, creating functional specifications and leading functional testing of the anti-fraud service
• Monitoring of developments and enhancements of tools, arbitration of budgetary and technical decisions in conjunction with stakeholders
• Responsibility for the product vision and presentation of the strategic roadmap of anti-fraud solutions
• Management of the extraction and visualization of data required for the operation of the service

Requirements

• Solid experience in the field of fraud prevention or a genuine interest and strong affiliation to this topic
• Several years of experience in functions as Product Owner, Business Analyst or Data Analyst and mastery of associated methods
• Mastery of agile methods
• Completion of a technical education in computer science or equivalent experience in anti-fraud projects
• Proficiency in French and English to at least C1 level, proficiency in German is an advantage
• Ability to take initiatives, lead strategic issues and assume decision-making authority
