Tasks

• Receive and formalize user requirements through detailed, clear and actionable user stories
• Initiate exchanges with technical teams, ensure understanding of requirements, prioritize requests, write functional specifications and oversee functional testing of the service responsible for fraud prevention
• Monitoring of developments and enhancements of tools, arbitration of budgetary and technical decisions in conjunction with stakeholders
• Carrying the product vision and representing the strategic roadmap of anti-fraud solutions
• Control the extraction and visualization of data required for the operation of the service

Requirements

• Solid experience in the field of fraud prevention or a genuine interest and strong affiliation to this topic
• Several years of experience in functions as Product Owner, Business Analyst or Data Analyst and mastery of the associated methods
• Mastery of agile methods
• Completion of a technical education in computer science or equivalent experience in projects related to fraud prevention
• Proficiency in French and English, at least C1, proficiency in German is an advantage
• Ability to take initiatives, manage strategic issues and assume decision-making authority
