Product Owner Treasury and Payments (Banking Operations) 80% - 100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Collaborate with customers, internal stakeholders and suppliers to optimize value across the lifecycle based on customer needs, market trends, competitors and regulatory/technological advances.
• Definition of functional requirements and standards for products provided by suppliers (e.g. TPH), agreement of technical designs and implementation approaches.
• Provide accurate estimates for development efforts to ensure stakeholders have a clear understanding of resource allocation and timelines.
• Updating regulatory changes and initiating necessary adjustments to ensure compliance.
• Manage relevant run-the-bank (RtB) issues such as SLAs, incident/problem management and ensure implementation of meaningful KPIs to measure service quality and performance in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience in driving change within operations, preferably in payment products.
• 3-4 years experience as a product owner or project manager.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or related fields.
• Experience working with Teneo's Transact, preferably TPH.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, core banking systems and the typical banking product landscape.
• Experience with CBPPI, SWIFT, SEPA and SIC standards (ISO20022).
• Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies.
• Good understanding of business processes, process design and process reengineering.
• Excellent stakeholder and change management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
